Teachers who participated in this project sent me a letter describing winter where they live and 20 student made projects. When I received everyone's package, I collated them and each class then received a letter and project from each school.

My students LOVED receiving our winter exchange package! I took a picture of them holding the different crafts and sent it to our local newspaper. Yesterday, we made the front page! YAY! Thanks so much for letting us join in!

Mrs. Christy’s Leaping Loopers
This was such a great idea! It makes wish that I were back in the regular classroom again so I could have participated. :) I'm so glad you were able to post the final products. Did you think about submitting the story to your local newspaper? This project is worth bragging about!

PS I ran today...in the snow. I'm ready for this PA weather to warm up!
PSS I just read the comment above. :) So I guess I'm not so original with my newspaper idea. You should definitely do it!
Oh wow! Everything's so cool. I love those pigeons.

Hey Gal,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog. I didn't see an e-mail address so I wanted to check and see if you wanted me to send you a copy of my Station/Center Management that I was offering in my giveaway since you were a top 3 responder, if not no big deal. You can let me know by email afunk1994@gmail.com.

I loved this project! I love seeing how you have it arranged. We looked at a couple of projects a day and found the places on a map. I hope you do this again next year. Let me know if I can help in any way!!
